Catherine lovelock
Cath Lovelock is Professor at the School of Biological Sciences at the University of Queensland. Her research is focused on the ecology and ecophysiology of coastal plant communities and how these communities will adapt to climate change in conjunction with other environmental factors. She leads the Biodiversity project of the South East Queensland Climate Adaptation Research Initiative (SEQ CARI) and is a member of the International Blue Carbon Working Group which aims to provide science to support the conservation of carbon stocks and sequestration in mangroves, salt marsh and seagrass habitats.
