Nash
Merinda is a PhD candidate at the Australian National University with a background in commerce, geology and environmental law. She works on the mineralogy of coralline algae and the role this plays in stabilising the coral reef structure. Merinda also considers the role of carbonate sediments in buffering ocean acidification. She is actively involved in communicating the ocean acidification issues for policy consideration.
